Hello,
Finally made a move from where I meandered to to where I meant to dwell.... In Bangalore setting up a new home from scratch.... Its all hectic with so much to b done & sought though not owned; It is defntly my own until am here in this place... So I ought to make it mine till m here....
Exhausted with just no time for anything else.... Shopping setting managing yet seeing things remaining to be looked into sooner....
However with the little I can settle for I managed to find some time to do the second set of DT Insight for ICRCSUM02.... Which was Post Cards inspired by the Poem + Sentiment of your OWN!
So here is my second post card I made for ICR.... I liked it better than what I had made before.... :P
Other than being inspired by ICRCSUM02....
I worked on the sketch by Freshly Made Sketches....
& Colors by CAS Colors & Sketches.....
CS I worked on was from Itsy Bitsy...
& after so many years I finally got to work with the cuttle bug which I had so loved once upon a time in Bangalore..... :* Feels so gud! Thanks to hubby who gave in to my wish of coming back to where I belong without him..... {Love You!}
So tht was an embossing folder from Itsy Bitsy which I had picked up when they had initially started... Which I finally got to use after this long.... It turned out beautiful & am simply loving the possibilities it opened my mind to....
I used my memento bamboo leaves ink pad to smudge d ink on the folder & run it through my cuttle bug thus giving it a faux letter press feel...
Ran another CS in coral thru d same folder but with no ink smudging & cut the round shape with the spellbinders circles die...
Covered the edge with the piece of vellum & doodled on it along with the handwritten sentiment of my OWN!!!!!!!!!! {I love it when I get a chance to play with words..... ;)}
Above is the back of the card for the ICR Post Card ride.....
Hope u like it & wud b inspired enuff to hop in & play along with us....
UNTIL NEXT, KEEP THE FAITH!!!
