RAINING EMBOSSED SENTIMENT!!!

Hello Peeps!!! Long time yeah!!! Was held with few projects in hand.... Will post about it soon.... May be the following posts would be dedicated to them..... :D

For now, a project for the new & happening cool challenge at ICR..... Yes, it is already time for ICRC5!!!

We have our challenge set by Snehal, who had sponsored us with ICRC4..... And she has come up with a very cool but surely daring challenge...... To interpret the word RAIN, anyway we want... Thought would be easy as the rain, but I was totally wrong.. It took me an entire day to come up with something apt for this challenge.... :(

Here is the challenge pad for you.....

And as always, we have a COMBO with a TWIST - which is to decorate the inside of the card or an envelope for the card.....

I did not wanna portray the regular rain drops, hence after much thinking here is what I thought would satisfy my yearn to create something different that I had not till date.... :)

ICRC5

And I thank.....

CAS for their Sketch....
Inky Impressions for the Colors.....
Delightful Sketches for Anything Goes....
Stamped Challenges for Something Punched...
ICR for the theme.....

ICRC5

Prep :

Light Pink CS for the base....
Aqua CS for the frame....
Cut out the card front to create the aperture..... (Frame & Aperture both cut with spellbinders label 1)
Repeatedly stamped the sentiment from Technique Tuesday inked with embossing ink & embossed with white embossing powder.....
Used the SU! Stamp-A-Majig for the spacing...
Similarly embossed the utopiary image from Inkadinkadoo ....
The corner frames is an image from Woodhavens, embossed again similarly....
To complete used the pearl stickers on one side of the frame & adhered a flower from Itsy Bitsy on the other.....

ICRC5

That is it for now..... Will be back with the projects I worked on & some RAKs I received lately...... :)

UNTIL NEXT, KEEP THE FAITH!!!!
