Hello.... Anybody There?????? 😎

I know... I myself had stopped blogging & now I try to make my way back in..... Wondering if anybody is still around for me... 😜

Well.... That is me... In case you have forgotten..... 😘 Am still the same after all these years... I have always loved myself & I will continue to..... 

OMG 😮 First of all, I had a hard time remembering the entry point to my blog.... The very email id it has been registered under.... Am thankful to the frame work  & components of blogger.com which had secured an option for Email under Contact Me, which helped me recollect a lost email id..... Then the next step of course was to change my password which is obvious.... 😏 Once I got through that I ended up here, into making a new post on my old, lost & found blog.... 😍

Had just gotten back into crafting & I desperately wanted my space where I could word all my thoughts as neither Twitter nor Instagram gave me the freedom to go on & on..... 

Just the way My Heart Will Go On.... 💞

Now that am here, I will get back to scribbling my way to ur hearts, if u r game to reading me....

After long made this masculine card for my dad & bro who celebrate their birthday today!

Am happy the way it turned out to be... Simple yet sprinkled with the ME on it... :D

Hope they like it & U too..... :)

Inspired by the Sketch from....
Atlantic Hearts Challenge

Theme from...
Happy Little Stampers



The CS for base is from Fabriano in chocolate brown....
CS for layer is from Fabriano in mud brown
Glassy DP for the layer is from stash in wood print
The circled layer is die cut with Cottage Cutz Stitched Circle Set
I printed the Senti Pun on it.... BUTTER FRY!
Fussy cut a hand drawn pan handle & popped it up beneath the circle die cut to create the
look of a fry pan & doodled the stitch marks with black steadler pen
Die cut the butterfly using Tim Holtz Thinlits; Further colored it & halved only to give the senti pun a dimension & of course adding an overall dimension to the project...
Added a thin cut DP in purple for the strip layer;
Used the WeRMemories Die & Stamp for the sentiment HAPPY....
And over the Itsy Bitsy Tag die cut doodled the word Day to complete the BIRTHDAY CARD with a new perception;

 
That is all about the masculine card I created after ages....

Am happy my mojo is seeking me back with my Mojo getting back to my life...... Am loving this phase of my life growing at a slow pace..... I am loving myself back again being the person I had missed being for long now & persuading me to love others like I always did once..... 

Am just thankful to all those people who make my life seem blessed & happening!!!!

Happy Birthday Dad & Bro!

Hello...

It was February & had a birthday following for which I had to cook up something from nothing... hence rushed to Itsy Bitsy & picked up few basics I found in the store & made them & myself happy :D

It felt like I had boarded the time machine which took me back a few years when I had just begun crafting....... Nevertheless, I had bettered with thots to help me figure things out to be laid on the canvas....

Things were just trying hard to get back to normalcy.... & I wanted it to be a happy day for mom & it was.... Touch Wood!

So here is what I made from the basics I had....

The base is a CS from Craft Creations a super stack of 12 colors picked up from Itsy Bitsy...
The wall stamp labelled by Itsy Bitsy ...
The spectacles & Mustache is a wooden block from G studio picked from itsy Bitsy....
Birthday Sentiment from G Studio picked from Itsy Bitsy....
The Baker's twine from itsy bitsy...
The inks from versa color picked from Itsy Bitsy...
Dad & Bro handwritten... tho not good... :P



It was a day well spent after long.... The 12th of Feb, 2016.... Despite of all d hassles faced & in continuity... but the hope lives until it completely dies away!!!

That's about tht simple project I worked on making it worth something which was definitely better than nothing....

ICR is back & working.... We had our new set of designers overboard.... They are all so talented & an enthusiastic lot.... I would definitely get to learn way too much from them.... :D

Here is what I created as in on a serious note..... after a very very very very long time....
Not still my kind.... :-/ But a gud start i must say for now... I wud very soon get back to my craft all confident....

The Orange layer is a CS from itsy bitsy
I used the negative of d die cut of a gate from memory box for stenciling
Used the neighborhood stamp from we r memory keepers for the building & small trees
Paper pieced a DP cut designs for the roofs of d buildings
bunting banner stamped from Studio G
sentiment from Papertrey ink
Inks from my favorite Stampin Up!
& the sentiment label from SU! label punch

And my card is done wid a lil ink smudged around... :P



That's pretty much about my project after a lengthy crafty gap....

Would wanna keep this lantern to my mojo lit up all the time..... creating a CELEBRATE TODAY always so I am happy & celebrating me within me..... :P

RAKHI CARD in a Jiffy!!!

Hello Everyone!

Finally blogging after a break for a longer period of 4-5 months.... :(

Could not help much as I was down with ill health & frustrated with self.... So when there is no "want" in mind it is hard to bring anything into action.... All I did was travel to & fro, visit freaking doctors who are clueless & without solutions to my problems & ate food cooked by mom..... That was my Modus Operandi, all these days.... 

Traveled back to Ranchi, thot was doing good a lil hence would finally do what I loved.... Paper Craft! but in vain..... Sick again..... :( Yet managed to work on few cards which were crucial for the moment....

So today blogging the card I made for Rakhi this year... Usually my Rakhi cards have been ethnic, but this season no clue if it was the impact of my health or what, I felt it was far from being ethnic..... Kinda contemporary!

Be it whatever I was happy I could create one in a jiffy... So here it is!



I stand inspired by few challenges for this card.....

Floral stamens were picked from itsy bitsy.....
Piece of burlap string from stash....
Ruby red brad was a RAK from Elizabeths Craft Room.....

The Die is from Memory Box Dies - Tessatina Border.....

ICRC26 {CANDY HOLDERS + LOVE IS "UP IN THE AIR"}

Hello All!

On my space I missed the Jan post for ICRC25 as I could not cook up something in time..... :(

But this time thankfully I could make it on time.... And with the Month long celebrations marking the Second Birthday of ICR, I had to find those extra seconds, minutes or even hours for my creations & projects..... Hope you would all join us too in our celebrations..... :)

So going forward with our regular challenges on ICR, ICRC26 has been rolled out & I must admit, it calls for scrappy fun!

Here is the story board for you.....

I made some last minute candy holders... :P

Not sure if they are up to the mark, as I usually take time with what I do..... but unfortunately it was a last minute one..... Hoping you would like it!



It's a mini bag for a candy holder.... Loved the miniature bags... They look so very adorable in real!

And I used a stamp from Clear Stamps for the cute image.... I loved the teddy hanging on to a bunch of balloons & I played in with the words for a suitable sentiment..... :)



So here is a capture of all the miniature bag I made to hold the candies...... 

I had come across it somewhere on Martha's Space & since then I wanted to try them.... And ICRC26 was the perfect escape for my creative want..... :P

Just regular DPs from my stash.....
Printed out the template on to them & followed instructions for the cuts & folds......
Added in the twine loops for handles....
Tucked some pieces of butter paper into them all & filled them with Pan Chewies I found at a local store here at Ranchi.....
And filled one with Hershey's Kisses!
As I mentioned above, played with few words for some cool sentiments & picked few from the web....
Created them in the photoshop & printed them onto a doc.....
Punched them all out with my SU! Label Punch......



And yes ICRC26, is being sponsored by Bugaboo digi stamps ....

We have put together a TREASURE HUNT FOR YOU PEEPS…. TREASURE HUNT is a game where participants try to find hidden articles/objects termed as TREASURES with the help of CLUES, respectively…..

COLLECT YOUR TREASURES & CLUES FROM THE DESIGNER CARDS ON EVERY DT BLOG…… Look IN FOR THE TREASURES IN THE ICR GALLERY!

AND ONCE you have found the treasures mentioned, you will have to tell us, exactly the name of the creation on which you found the treasure & the name of the creator…. {as it appears in the ICR GALLERY}

I know it is REAL ADVENTUROUS FUN!
